using state-of-the-art technology to complement my customer service, making adjustments when necessary to avoid overwhelming my clients who are less technically proficient

communicating regularly and proactively with my clients to keep them informed of the status of their loan and to reduce the stress that is associated with uncertainty

improving the quality of my service by encouraging each client to critically evaluate my performance.
